I updated my iMac (late 2009 model) to macOS High Sierra (10.13.1) yesterday and since then, I am unable to access the Blue Cross Blue Shield website (www.bluecrossblueshield.com/provider) to do my work as a healthcare provider. What do I see when I access this site, and how can I resolve this issue?

I have an HP Envy x360 laptop running Windows 8.1. After trying to create a new user, the home screen now shows two complete replicates of the screen (one on top of the other) plus two smaller replicates to the right. I've tried resetting Windows to an earlier date but it didn't help. What could be causing this issue and how can it be resolved?
