I have forgotten my Microsoft Surface Windows PIN and am unable to log in. The options available are facial recognition and PIN entry, but neither is working. The system requests a PIN and does not recognize the entered PIN. There is no 'forgot PIN' option, and the device does not allow safe mode restarts. My Kindle won't connect to Wi-Fi, and it keeps prompting me to turn off airplane mode even though it's already off.
