I am unable to download email messages to my MacBook or iPhone X, but can access them via the Gmail website on Safari. My internet connection is stable, and there are no new antivirus or firewall settings that could be blocking the emails. This issue started this morning, and I have tried removing and re-adding the email account on both devices, but it did not resolve the problem. What else can I do to fix this issue?

I have been using the same passwords for many months, but it does not seem to work at this time. I am having trouble accessing my EarthLink email account.
