How can I delete all emails in my inbox, which currently has 4418 emails?

I have an HP Evy 1700 SE NB PC. The computer turns on but the screen remains blank (black). I live in the US Virgin Islands and the computer repair people are only OK at best. I want to know if you can provide a solution or if I should have HP do the work. I believe the warranty has expired, but I'm not sure. Serial number: 5CG301461Y, Product number: F1J39AV, Warranty number: 2y2y1D, Model number: 17t j100.

I've had my Tom Tom for years and decided to update it. I've tried creating an account 5 times, but every time I click on create an account, the original info screen comes on stating to enter a valid email address, even though I entered a valid address. What could be the issue?
