I just installed AOL Gold and some of my favorites were not listed. How do I get all my favorites from the previous version? Additionally, after the upgrade, I attempted to reorganize the order of a folder in my favorites, but the entire folder disappeared. What should I do?

I have a missing Google Fi Nexus 6P phone. It was last seen at Pier 39 in San Francisco on 10/2/17. I have a Dell Inspiron 15 laptop and haven't installed any updates since my phone went missing.
