I have an HP Pavilion dv6000 that originally had Vista Home and was recently changed to Windows 7 Home Premium. I set up a Gmail account and it says I have to upgrade to Windows 10. How do I do this? I have a Stylus Photo R280 printer. When I download and print a form, it prints well, but when I fill out the form, the black text I type is faint and misaligned, while all other colors print fine. I have changed the cartridges and reloaded the printer program, but there is no improvement. What could be wrong with my black text printing?
