I lost the ability to logon to the internet because my AT&T password stopped working. After spending over an hour with an AT&T tech, I could only get back online by disconnecting my Netgear router. The tech refused to help with the router even though they caused the issue by losing my password and dropping my AT&T connection. I've tried troubleshooting using the Netgear CD, but I can't access the internet with the router plugged in to follow the 'Troubleshooting the ISP Connection' procedure. Can you help me get back online as my wife is very irritated that she can't access the internet with her laptop in the other room?
