A friend gave me a Gateway laptop that works fine. I do not have any of the documentation. It is an M-series. On the bottom of the laptop it reports a model number of W6501. I need to replace the battery. The battery model number is XXXXX I cannot find the W6501 on the Gateway website.

I have a brand new ASUS K Series laptop. I have downloaded iTunes to my computer. I have an external hard drive with about ten thousand songs on it and am trying to download them to make CDs. The problem is that when I plug in my hard drive, I can see it on my computer but the files do not pop up and I am not prompted to transfer files. Is there a problem with my new computer or am I doing something wrong?

I have a Dell Dimension E521. After installing Avast and some tune-up utilities, the keyboard stopped working before Windows could boot up, preventing me from accessing the BIOS. I tried clearing the CMOS by removing the battery, but now I get the error messages 'Diskette Drive 0 seek failure' and 'Keyboard failure' with instructions to press F1 to continue or F2 to enter setup. However, the keyboard has no power and I can't press any keys. This PC has no PS2 ports, so I can't use a PS2 keyboard. What can I do to resolve this issue?
