I'm a reasonably experienced PC user with W11 on a Surface, but I have zero Linux experience. My goal is to install LLaMA and Alpaca at the highest possible capability of my hardware. I've installed nodejs, WSL, and Ubuntu, but I'm struggling with Docker. I need detailed guidance on how to proceed with installing Ubuntu, LLaMA, and Alpaca, and I'm open to using different tutorials or approaches if they provide better instructions.

Our cable box stopped working on Saturday, and after multiple attempts to reset it with instructions from a support representative named Jen, it still doesn't work. The green light on the box flashes several times and then nothing happens. We are both 85 years old and not tech-savvy, so we need a live technician to come to our home to replace the cable box as soon as possible. If this isn't resolved within 24 hours, we will switch to another cable company.
