I'm being charged $6.99/month for Microsoft Apps on my American Express card, and it says 'G.Co/Helppay#'. I'm a retired senior and have an annual subscription to Microsoft 365 for up to 5 devices, but I only use 3. What is this charge for, and did I accidentally subscribe to something?

I just started building my first PC and I'm experiencing an issue where the CPU and DRAM lights on my B650 AORUS Elite AX motherboard light up in an alternating pattern (CPU -> DRAM -> CPU -> DRAM), and then the DRAM light stays on, preventing any boot sequence. I've tried reseating the RAM sticks both individually and in dual channel, but the issue persists. What could be causing this and how can I fix it?
