I'm running Microsoft Vista and trying to install the Microsoft Fix It tool to diagnose why I can't update all the latest updates. I keep getting an error message stating 'The Windows Installer service cannot be accessed. This can occur when the Windows Installer is not correctly installed. Contact your support personnel for assistance.' What can I do to fix this?

Why won't my copy of Roxio Pro Creator load Disk 1? The message says Roxio Pro 11 will not load on a 32/64 bit system or if it is Windows 7 Pro. I have the full Pro 11 version on disk, bought from Best Buy in September 2011.

My phone doesn't ring or dial out, and I only receive emails when I have a call. I also paid $20 to be able to make overseas calls and would like to be reimbursed. How can I resolve these issues?

I cannot access my website, www.chewyndewy.com, from my computer. All other searches work correctly, and the issue started two days ago with a message stating the server is too busy. I have tried running a tracert, which times out, and I cannot access the company portal hosting my website. I have completed a system restore, changed the indexing speed on my C: drive, contacted my ISP (who confirmed no blocking), and tried accessing the site on my laptop with the same issue. Can you help?

My Toshiba L500 laptop's battery went flat during a Windows update installation, and now it won't boot. I don't have a backup disc, and an error says a valid backup location can't be found. How can I fix the startup problem without losing my data?
