I'm trying to open a new iTunes account in my name because my husband set up the account years ago and he passed away. I don't know the password and I can't start a new account because it says there's already an account linked to my email address. I'm also unable to answer the security questions about my husband's personal details. Is there a way to recover or reset the account without knowing these details?

I forgot my password for my phone. What device or product are you trying to access? What's the brand and model of your phone? When were you last able to use your phone? Have you tried a Factory Reset? Anything else you want the Phone Expert to know before I connect you?

I called last night and was matched with Andrew. I explained my problem with the T tool in Pagemaker version 7, where text runs right to left instead of left to right. Andrew said he would fix it for $39 by taking control of my computer. He left instructions, but after following them, neither the text nor the tool works at all. I waited for Andrew to come back online but went to bed after midnight. Is Andrew available, or can you help me get my toolbox to work?
