I purchased a Word 365 upgrade on January 12 and understood it entitled me to install it on more than one device. However, I was charged twice after installing it on my desktop and laptop. How can I resolve this issue and ensure that one purchase applies to both devices?

How much do you charge per hour? My Windows 7 home computer needs a good cleaning because it is freezing occasionally. It hasn't been cleaned by Chris in a few years and it needs to be. It is probably full of viruses and who knows what. It needs a complete cleaning. Please don't delete any email addresses as some of them are used for Facebook and do not delete iTunes. We have it on our to-do list for a new one. Can't do everything at once. We use it for banking and the shortcuts to our banks need to be put back or kept on the search.

I am being double billed for YouTube TV and cannot figure out how to speak with a live person to resolve this issue. After a 40-minute chat yesterday, the customer service representative disconnected the chat without resolution. I have paid $64.99 every month, but for the past three months, I was also billed $54.99. I was charged $64.99 yesterday and today my account was locked. I have a case number but have received no updates. How can I talk to a live person to resolve this issue?
