I'm worried about my files. My MSN wasn't working, so I followed Anthony's instructions to uninstall and reinstall it using a new admin account. After deleting the old admin account, I can't access my pictures and videos in the new admin account. How can I retrieve my files and ensure MSN works correctly?

I have a DLink Dir-655 router. When trying to log on to my laptop using Intel PROset/Wireless WiFi connection utility, it asks for a password but my router has no password set. I can connect fine with other laptops and even my neighbor's router. I'm using XP Pro on an Acer Aspire 6930. How can I resolve this issue?

I want to scan a document to email using my Panasonic KX-MB271 printer on a Microsoft Windows XP system. I have Yahoo Mail and the printer is set up correctly, but I keep getting 'PC FAIL' or 'BUSY' errors when trying to scan. I don't know where to find the scanned document or how to attach it. What am I missing, and can you explain this step by step?
