I want to scan a document to email using my Panasonic KX-MB271 printer on a Microsoft Windows XP system. I have Yahoo Mail and the printer is set up correctly, but I keep getting 'PC FAIL' or 'BUSY' errors when trying to scan. I don't know where to find the scanned document or how to attach it. What am I missing, and can you explain this step by step?

I have a Belkin modem model F5D7234-4 V5 with a serial number 12004723407729, and a Comcast modem Scientific Atlantic model DPC2100. All lights are lit up, and my laptop says it's connected, but it won't go to the internet and shows 'cannot display webpage.' When I diagnose the problem, it says 'not connected.'
