I made hotel reservations online yesterday and selected to send the dates to my Outlook calendar. Afterward, I couldn't access Outlook or Google from my desktop icons or the start button. When I click the Outlook icon, the hourglass appears and then fades, and the Google icon does nothing. Can you help?

I have an Acer Aspire 5520 with Windows Vista and iTunes installed. When trying to burn songs to a CD using iTunes, the Sony CD-R disc pops out and tells me to insert a disc. I can burn DVD discs but not CD discs, and the CD drive doesn't read CDs. What could be the issue and how can I fix it?

I can't download raw images from my Canon 50D to my new Windows 7 laptop. The download window appears, but after a while, I get a message that the camera is not connected properly. I have no trouble with my 5D, and even photos transferred from my desktop to my laptop on DVD won't open the raw files in Photoshop. How can I resolve this issue?
