I need a PC technician familiar with Microsoft Office and Windows 7 support for ongoing assistance. My Asus computer, about 4 years old, has had issues since October 2017 where Windows updates have disabled some explorer shortcuts and corrupted system restore points, making it impossible to restore to a working state. I need an ongoing 'geek' for future support and am unable to connect with such a service.

I cannot use my Skype. I just updated my password. Is there more needed to update my Skype? Please show me how I can start using my Skype again!

I am trying to connect to the internet on Family Tree Maker 2012, but it keeps saying there is no internet connection. I have an HP computer running Windows 10, connected via Wi-Fi. I am unable to connect using an ethernet cable either, and the computer is already connected to the internet. The power light and the communicating lights on my router are on and blinking. Family Tree Maker is the only application that will not connect.
