I am trying to connect to the internet on Family Tree Maker 2012, but it keeps saying there is no internet connection. I have an HP computer running Windows 10, connected via Wi-Fi. I am unable to connect using an ethernet cable either, and the computer is already connected to the internet. The power light and the communicating lights on my router are on and blinking. Family Tree Maker is the only application that will not connect.

I paid Reimage more than $250 to repair my computer, but found more issues and do not know the key. My computer is an old Samsung running System 7. I am 81 years old and don't know how to do anything. What should I do?

I can't send out mail from Outlook. I'm receiving an error code ox800ccc69. Are there any antivirus or firewall settings that could be blocking me, and is there anything else I should know before connecting with an Email Expert?

I have had no service on my TV all day. I called the trouble 800 number and was informed that the tech support message center was down due to a snow storm in Atlanta and would be back on by 9pm. I have had trouble with 'interruption notice' before and am frustrated as I pay a lot of money for this service. I am considering switching providers. My neighbor with Comcast got his power back this afternoon. What can be done to resolve this issue?
