I can't send out mail from Outlook. I'm receiving an error code ox800ccc69. Are there any antivirus or firewall settings that could be blocking me, and is there anything else I should know before connecting with an Email Expert?

I have had no service on my TV all day. I called the trouble 800 number and was informed that the tech support message center was down due to a snow storm in Atlanta and would be back on by 9pm. I have had trouble with 'interruption notice' before and am frustrated as I pay a lot of money for this service. I am considering switching providers. My neighbor with Comcast got his power back this afternoon. What can be done to resolve this issue?

Why doesn't Microsoft market a huge Windows system that runs every program ever written for Windows on a virtual computer with a RAM Disk hard drive, including MSDOS, a slow 86xx virtual machine, and a C-64 simulator with everything anyone can find, such as Morse code readers?
