I need a new remote. The remote is not working even after changing the batteries. The remote was received with my internet system in July 2021. The model number on the remote is XR2, and it is an Xfinity remote.

I paid for a Microsoft 365 Personal subscription on 12/11/22 and received a renewal notice for 01/25/23. I spoke with a representative who canceled the subscription due on 01/23, but when I access my account, I only see the cancellation. The cancellation number is (###) ###-####. I have tried checking my expiration status through the Services & Subscriptions page, but I am still unable to see my active subscription. Can someone please help resolve this issue?

I bought 2 tablets for gifts. Do they have to buy gigabits or anything else? They have Wi-Fi. I personally have a Tracfone and I have to purchase gigabits for my Fire tablet. Why do I have to buy gigabits for my tablet through Tracfone?
