My personal Facebook page was disabled almost a year ago with no warning or reason, and my appeal was denied. I had a business page attached to it, which is still active but I can't access it as the administrator. I downloaded the data Facebook allowed within 30 days, but the files won't open on my laptop. How do I open these files and gain access to my business page? Can I add my business page to my 'new' Facebook page so I can update it?

Do I have to pay to speak with customer service, and is there a $50 fee to return items? Why do I have to enter my credit information to speak to customer service?
