I need help transferring my books from the cloud to my new Kindle. JustAnswer is not accepting my email address, and I have already paid $5. My email provider is Bigpond, and I access it through a computer. I've tried using my existing password and temporary password, but neither worked. I also tried calling the provided phone numbers, but received no assistance. What should I do next?
