My Moto Z is malfunctioning, and I am trying to get my photos off the gallery before it dies (screen is flickering on and off). How do I do that? I am at my computer and can plug in the phone, but the screen is flickering on and off.

I am on MacOS Utilities and do not know which symbol to press to get my MacBook up and running again before I onsell. I have MacOS Utilities - underneath that is: Restore from time machine backup; Reinstall macOS; Get help online; Disk Utility, repair or erase a disk using Disk Utility. I only have OS X base system and cannot go any further. I was speaking to you earlier and have not got any further with following instructions. Cannot get any further than where it says to install macOS High Sierra and does not go any further. I notice there is only OS X Base System there. Does that mean anything?

I have a new iPad and am trying to synchronize it with my phone, but I'm unable to do so. I shared a Google account with my daughter, and now I can't access my email account because I don't remember the password. I don't have a backup recovery email address, and I would like to delete any information or passwords belonging to my daughter. How can I reset my Google account password and manage the shared account settings?
