I have 2 unauthorized charges on my card, both from Amazon on April 4. Does anyone else have access to this account? Is there anything else the Computer Expert should know before I connect you?

My new iPad will not accept my password. It says I changed it four months ago, but I changed my Apple ID password an hour ago and it won't let me identify this password with my Google email. I've tried resetting through Apple's online account reset tool. I receive my Google email on my Dell desktop without typing in a password. What should I do?

I was scammed/hacked last Wednesday in the name of the Geek Squad. The scammer supposedly hacked into my bank account. I am unable to find information if my Geek Squad account is still active, but I have a light on my keyboard that will not turn off. I am afraid this is the scammer still connected to my computer. How do I get this resolved?

I need to shut down my Chromebook to reboot it, but I don't remember my password. I haven't changed it in months, possibly since January or February. I don't have a password recovery disk or any recovery utility, and I'm not very knowledgeable about computers. I use it mainly for Facebook, banking, and similar tasks. I also mentioned that I don't have a cell phone, which is why I failed to set up Google on my new tablet.
