I just purchased Office 365 but I think I mixed up the login details. It's installed, but it says activation is required. What specific product are you working with? How long has this been going on with your computer? What have you tried so far? Anything else you want the Computer Expert to know before I connect you?

I need help with using my new remote. I want to know how to delete a saved program, save a program I am watching, record a program, record a series, and identify the date of a series program before watching it. I am having trouble logging into my Facebook account due to a 2-factor authentication issue. I was asked to confirm my account due to suspicious activity and was supposed to receive a 6-digit code via text to my phone number ***-***-0893, but the code never arrives, even after requesting a resend. I have tried various methods to reset my password and confirm my account, but none have worked. Additionally, I have received error messages such as '[190] Error validating access token. The user is enrolled in a blocking, logged-in checkpoint (490).' What can I do to resolve this issue and regain access to my Facebook account?
