I am a 365 paying customer. I have been experiencing issues with Outlook syncing my contacts from my Galaxy S7 mobile device. I have contacted support multiple times, sent videos and descriptions, but received no help. Now, my mobile screen is dead. Did I lose all the contacts stored on my Galaxy S7?

Hi, when trying to log on recently it said my Facebook account was disabled. I’ve already done the steps it tells me to do in order to recover the account but it doesn’t work. What exactly are you having trouble accessing? Facebook. When did you last update Facebook? iOS updates automatically. What have you tried so far with your Facebook? Just providing an ID as it asks me to do. Anything else you want the Software Expert to know before I connect you? No.

I have a LaCie Rugged hard drive, but I don't know the serial number or model. I've misplaced the orange connecting wire that fits the port in the middle. How do I get a replacement wire? What kind of port is it, and can I use another wire I already have? Can I transfer data using the port on the left without the middle port connected, or do I need both the power cord and the middle port connected?
