I tried to get Mozilla Firefox from CenturyLink, but now I'm unable to access my email and still can't access Office for writing. I'm very inept at all this. I only want to use my email, be able to do some writing, and browse Google.

In Microsoft Solitaire Collection, ads before starting the game cause the game to stick, slow down, and then drop the entire game. My computer is an HP 2000 notebook running Windows 10. The issue started after recent updates, including uninstalling and reinstalling the Solitaire Collection and updating Xbox. The problem also causes the Xbox store and explorer to open. What could be causing this and how can it be resolved?

I need to reset my Gmail password, but it won't let me. I've had this issue for 1 day, and I haven't installed any updates recently. I tried entering my password and then used the 'Forgot password' option, but it didn't work. What should I do?

I just got Mediacom internet and can't connect my printer or range extender. I've already contacted Netgear for help but they couldn't assist. Can you help me? If I can't resolve these issues, I will have to switch back to AT&T DSL.

I signed up and paid the fee, but the message says I did not put in the correct ID and password. I followed the directions and reset my username and password just minutes ago. I have not installed any updates recently. What specific website, company, program, or service was I trying to sign up for, and was I trying to sign up from an Android phone, iPhone, Mac, or Windows PC?
