I need to reset my user ID because the one I wrote down from yesterday's chat is not working. My computer is an HP Pavilion with Microsoft Edge on Windows 10. I don't remember when I purchased it and haven't tried any troubleshooting. I lived with my daughter who used to handle any issues.

My printer says the printhead is missing. What does that mean? I have a MacBook Pro, and I recently installed updates, but this issue appeared before the update. I also bought Office Depot cartridges instead of HP, and the printer is not used very often since I retired.

I have an Acer Aspire M3600 desktop. I play online gaming and never had a problem until 2 days ago when it started rebooting when trying to enter a game, citing a graphics issue. I installed a new graphics card, but now the monitor shows a black screen with no display, though the computer is powered on and the hard drive has a flashing blue icon. The monitor is in idle mode. What could be the issue and how can I resolve it?
