I want all of my Apple IDs in every source to be the same as my Threeallnet78@gmail.com account. What steps should I take to recover or reset my password for various accounts like Outlook, Yahoo, Gmail, Apple, Facebook, PayPal, etc.?

I just bought a Hisense 50" Google TV and added the Sling TV app. Every time I try to sign in, it says my password is incorrect. I went to slingtv.com and it shows this TV as my device, but the new TV keeps rejecting my password. This issue has also occurred with all my other apps. How can I resolve this?
