I'm unable to fill out a form because I'm in a medical rehab facility and don't have access to credit cards. My email is also blocked on my iPhone. I need help reconnecting to my email. Do I have security questions or a phone number on file to help reset my password? Also, my email address is in my Trash mailbox. Is this causing my email to fail, and if not, how do I move it to the correct location?

My card is no longer blocked, and I have $400 and some cents in Clash of Clans. Can you let that transaction go through? I've tried updating my payment information and making another purchase, but it still says payment declined even though I have the money in my bank and there's no longer a hold on the card. They initially thought it was fraudulent, but I confirmed it was not. What can I do to resolve this issue?
