I am physically handicapped and having trouble accessing my Lyft account. I am trying to input my information into the app but it keeps asking for a wallet, which I don't have because I don't have an account. Additionally, Lyft does not recognize my password and says it can't find my account. What can I do to resolve this issue?

Hello, I ordered on Amazon on August 21, but my package never arrived. I recently found out that someone else received my package. Amazon credited my card, but I don't think it's fair that I have to reorder the items and be charged again since this wasn't my fault. I would like to reorder but not be recharged. Have you made any recent changes to your payment info, or your Amazon account in general? Is there anything else the Computer Expert should know before I connect you?
