I ordered a Lyft this morning and was notified that the car was downstairs. When I got there, another car was already moving, and the driver said he was picking up someone else named Tiffany. My name is *, and the driver never came back for me, so I had to order another ride and pay twice from the same location. How can I get a refund for the ride that didn't take me to my destination?
