I ordered a Me to Diet product and have not received it, but was charged twice on April 20, 2020 for amounts of $69.99 and $80.00. I tried contacting the company but was directed to Just Answer. I just want a refund for these purchases. What specific product are you working with, and what troubleshooting have you done?
