I own a Toshiba Satellite A135-S2276. My CD/DVD drive (Matsushita DVD-RAM UJ-850S ATA) is no longer recognized by my computer, showing a yellow question mark in Device Manager. I've tried uninstalling and rescanning for hardware changes, and even using an external DVD player, but the issue persists. The computer says the most current drivers are installed (version 6.0.6000.16386, dated 6/21/2006). What has happened, and how can I fix this issue?

My Toshiba Satellite A200 laptop's display is intermittently splitting into four mirrored images, while the external monitor works fine. The issue sometimes resolves on its own. What could be causing this and how can it be fixed without disassembling the laptop?

My computer cannot connect to the internet, and it says 'fail to create rasEntry'. I have already tried setting the 'Telephony' and 'Remote Access Connection Manager' services to 'Manual' and rebooting, but the 'Remote Access Connection Manager' service remains stopped and cannot be started.

I am using Microsoft Works 8.0 and only use the database portion of the program. I find it adequate, but wonder if there is another product that can do the same thing for me, plus additional functional abilities?

In the last month or so, I've had a box pop up labeled Mozilla Automatic Updates, which prevents me from using Mozilla Firefox to access the web. System restore temporarily fixes the issue, but the update pops up again a few days later. How do I prevent this automatic download from happening on my Windows Vista PC?

I have Windows XP and disabled MSN Explorer and Windows Messenger through Add/Remove Windows Components, which caused my sound to stop working. I have verified that my sound drivers are functioning correctly, but I still get an error message indicating my sound card might be in use. Additionally, I use a LinkSystem Wireless adaptor, and every reboot reverts to the Windows wireless adaptor, prompting me to switch back to LinkSystem. How can I resolve these issues?
