I purchased a Dell ultrabook in November 2017. It suddenly stops working when unplugged, even though the battery shows 100% charged. The last software update was done by Microsoft a few weeks ago. What could be the issue and what steps can I take to resolve it?

Why will my Samsung Galaxy 4 not ring consistently? This issue has been ongoing for about 2 weeks, and it is very important as I am ill and rely on my phone for communication. My doctor has been unable to connect with me twice this week, and the phone only rings maybe once a day.

I have a Lenovo laptop computer (a few years old) where the p, o, i, and u keys on the keyboard suddenly went dead. I tried restarting but this didn’t fix the problem. Any suggestions on how to fix it?

I have a Dell laptop that needed a new hard drive in January and has been working fine since then. However, when I type, numbers come out incorrectly, words with letters and numbers get jumbled, and sometimes the typing cursor goes back to the beginning or middle of the word to continue typing. What could be causing this issue?

Inserted disc but nothing happens. What now? I have an Acer Aspire with Windows 10. I haven't tried anything yet and haven't installed any updates. The disc is for TurboTax. Should the shiny side of the disc be inside or towards the outside?
