I purchased a new HP ENVY x360 laptop for my wife and skipped the initial setup wizard. I transferred her data from her MacBook and set up an O365 account. The laptop runs on Windows 10 and uses Microsoft Edge. How can I make the laptop go back through the initial auto setup configuration wizard so she can customize settings like mousepad sensitivity to her liking?

I have been experiencing issues with my Hallmark Movie Channel on my Roku TV since their recent upgrade. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue with Hallmark, the channel remains inoperative. I have tried to resubscribe, but the system indicates that I am already subscribed. Hallmark has advised me to contact Roku for assistance. I am willing to cancel my current agreement and start a new one with my wife's email if necessary. How can this issue be resolved?
