I purchased a new PC with Windows 10 Pro on an AMD 7th generation processor. Today, I tried to download DivX Pro 10, which I bought in July 2007, but it's being blocked. I've tried downloading from various sources. What could be causing this issue and how can I resolve it?

I am trying to access our church's Facebook page, but I am unable to login because the email address on the account is incorrect. If I try to change the password, I won't receive the email due to the incorrect address. The account has been inactive for about 2-3 weeks. My software and OS update automatically, and I believe they were updated a couple of weeks ago. I need to correct the email address and change the password. What should I do?

When I start an app, it says it can't connect to the internet, but I'm already connected to the internet. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app, but the problem persists. I have a gray rectangular box across my screen on my Toshiba Satellite E45W-C4200X running Microsoft Windows 10. It has been there for 2 days. I have tried changing desktop photos, restarting the computer multiple times, looking at all display options, and checking the task manager for running programs, but I cannot get rid of it. What can I do to remove this box?
