I am always signed out of my account and need to re-sign in and change my password every 2 or 3 days. I'm losing patience with Google. What can I do to stay signed in?

I ordered Vimeo to view a funeral and now have a $240.00 debit withdrawal. I need to cancel it with Google Play store and have the money credited back to my debit card ASAP. The website is having difficulty verifying my Google account. I changed my sign-on recently. My Google account is under Karen Burton.

I added $50 to my LyftCash for rides, but the next day, Lyft wouldn't let me use it and said to try a different card. I tried multiple cards, none worked. Why do I need a card if I have LyftCash available? I contacted support but got no help. My account seems to be disabled, and I have no reason why. I have proof of everything and am not involved in any fraudulent activities. Will I be able to use my LyftCash in the morning? How long will it take for Lyft to resolve this issue?

I seem to have two Amazon Prime memberships. The first one was debited on October 3 for $13.77, and the second one was debited on October 26 for $6.88. I accidentally signed up for the second membership when ordering books for my grandson. My original Amazon account is connected to an old email address, and my new email was used for the second membership. How can I resolve this issue?
