I received a call from someone claiming to be from Microsoft about my Yahoo account being accessed from a California location for 8 days. Can you check on this? My computer is an HP 15 laptop running Windows 10, and I recently installed Driver Support and Office updates.

Microsoft Word has stopped working on my MacBook Pro. I attempted to upgrade Word, which is when the problems started. I can't start new documents or open old ones without encountering a reporting error. I haven't installed any updates recently. What can I do to resolve this issue?

My Gateway NV79C36u laptop refuses to boot, not even into the recovery disc. It is stuck at the Gateway logo, and pressing F2 or F12 does nothing. No error codes are displayed. I have detached all external devices except an external CD ROM drive. What could be the issue and how can I resolve it?

Can OneDrive be used as a backup facility and is that recommended for an Acer Laptop Swift 3 using Windows 10 with File History? If so, how can I set up my system to ensure all documents I write or amend are automatically backed up to OneDrive?
