rtl120.bpl shows up when I boot my Dell Inspiron 1721 with Windows 7. Despite trying various fixes, nothing has worked. The computer still functions but runs very slowly. Additionally, I have an Asus laptop with a Dell starter OS that was slow but now has the same problem after a tech looked at it. What could be causing this issue and how can it be resolved?

I am not receiving emails on my computer, but I do receive them on my iPad. I have checked with my server, Iprimus, and there is no issue there. I am checking my email from Outlook on my computer. I have Norton security installed, and I am not aware of any antivirus or firewall settings blocking my emails. I am not very computer literate and find it difficult to troubleshoot this issue.

I tried resetting my password, but I don't remember the answers to the security questions asked. I have used my password for years without an issue, but something came up that it was blocked.
