We have an Asus laptop model number F555LJ-XO456H with a swollen battery that has pushed the keyboard and touch pad out of alignment. The laptop was bought on 18/12/2016 and is out of warranty. I'm getting a message that I need to download Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0 on my Dell Inspiron desktop computer running Windows 10. I've tried using the turn on/off feature, which says the files have been downloaded, but I continue to get the same message. What should I do?

Every time I try to use my computer, I get a message saying Microsoft has discovered a fatal flaw and to call a specific number to remove malware. The only way to stop it is by doing a hard close. I've run AVG and Kaspersky, both saying the computer is clean. The issue persists even after a hard close and reboot. What could be causing this and how can I get rid of it?
