I received an email from Google advising me to change my email password due to unauthorized access to my account. They used it to access a WiFi network named KFGIWI. Was this really Google? Can you provide more information? The incident occurred on April 17 at 4:41 am. I don't have Google Customer Service's phone number. Additionally, I am currently logged into my email account on my MacBook Air and iPhone, and I have my cell phone on file with Google to reset my password. I also have a Life Lock account and have reported this incident to them.

I forgot my email password and my recovery number. I always used auto refill so I didn't need the number. I haven't used my desktop mail for some time. The password has 'Arizona' as the predominant part using a number in front or behind the word, such as 1Arizona or Arizona1 or Arizona2. I can't get any to work. Please help me get my password back.

My Compaq laptop has a black screen, even after changing the battery. The computer is on, the caps lock blinks, and the F12 key is red. The fan spins and makes noise, but the screen remains black. What could be the issue and is there any way to fix it?
