I recently redownloaded Tinder after not using it for 5 years. Initially, it worked fine, but when I tried to reopen the app, I was prompted to prove I'm not a bot and after completing the prompts, I received a message saying my account was permanently banned and I would not be able to create a new account. I had not spoken to anyone on the app yet and am unsure why this happened. What could be the reason for the ban and how can I resolve this issue?

I got my girlfriend an iPhone 12, but she can't use it. It's activated, but she cannot send or receive phone calls, texts, or do anything on it. Tech support fixed some issues and added features, but it still doesn't work. I cannot recover my old sbcglobal.net email account password. I've tried all common passwords and typical answers to the security questions, but they don't work. I don't remember setting up recovery questions for AT&T, so I'm wondering if they were added later. I'm also unable to log into the email account on any device.
