I set up my new PTZ IP wireless speed dome camera yesterday and had to run about 80 feet of extension power cable to the camera. The camera powers on but will not connect to the PC app or the mobile app unless it's directly plugged into the power cable it came with. Do I need a different power adapter with more amps to make it work properly, or is the cable length causing an issue with amperage drop?

I am having trouble connecting to Alexa. I have the Alexa app on my iPhone, but I can't connect to Alexa and the app screen is blurry and unclear. I have the router login and password, but Alexa says Wi-Fi is not set up. What should I do to resolve this issue?
