I used the ThinkVantage rejuvenate feature on my Lenovo X61 laptop, which restored my system to a backup from September 2009. However, I lost many documents from My Documents directory that were created after this backup. How can I recover these lost documents?

I recently purchased and installed system recovery discs for Windows Home Premium SP1, SP2, and SP3, along with supplemental recovery. When I attempt to install Windows Office, the computer requests a 25-digit code. The computer advised to find the code on the discs, but I have been unable to locate the correct codes. Please advise on the proper code and installation.

I have a MacBook Pro running OS X 10.4.11 with the Mac email program version 2.1.3. When I try to send an email, a window pops up asking for a password. I entered the same password I use for my MacBook Pro, but it doesn't work. How can I set up my email correctly?
