💻  Computer

I want PC Tune Up as I am having problems with getting my mail. You sent me an email for PC Tune Up that costs $49.95, where you take over the computer and fix it. Is this a one-time fee or equivalent to $4.99 per month for a year? Please confirm if this is a one-time fix and one-time charge or for continuous service for a certain period of time. Also, please inform what different fees mean. Additionally, what do I get for the $38 fee from Just Answer? Do you fix my AOL and the computer? I have two computers, a laptop which is not working properly and does not receive incoming AOL messages since July 6th, and a desktop on which AOL works. Both have different versions - laptop 9.1 and desktop 9.0. Is this why I have to read messages separately even though I either save or delete on one that does not reciprocate automatically on the other? I want to fix that problem and make sure I start receiving my AOL messages back as before. Please reply ASAP. Charles: Please give me an answer to the above before we start working. Are you working with AOL? or approved by them? I asked for help from AOL and I got Just Answer responding. What is the arrangement between the two of you? Do you know about AOL as well as they do? If I have problems again, who do I contact? Thanks.
