I cannot get my Roku to connect with the WiFi. My WiFi signal strength is excellent, and I can connect to the internet using other devices. I have tried restarting both my Roku and my router, and I have also performed a factory reset on the Roku. Despite these efforts, the Roku is stuck on the 'Set up new wireless connection' screen, and my remote is not working. I have changed the batteries in the remote, and it shows a checkmark, indicating it is paired, but the Roku still won't connect. Additionally, I am experiencing the same issue with an older Roku on another TV. What can I do to resolve this issue?
