I was charged $16.04 on my account, and I'm not subscribed to anything from you. I can't access my accounts on this site, and none of them have my card information. Additionally, my card was charged $46 from JustAnswer, even though the tech support lady said it would only be a dollar. I want my money back. How can I resolve this issue?

Outlook 2010 crashes when trying to view certain emails. Emails from some senders crash it about 90% of the time but not always. There are instances when it won’t crash it but then when I go back to view it later it will crash or vice versa. I can’t seem to find a common link with when or what emails it will crash with. My solution to view these emails is to close Outlook 2010, copy the PST file over the network to an old machine, and open the PST file in 2003 Outlook. No problems at all with the old computer.
