For more info, please contact your help desk. The computer is an HP Pavilion 10th Gen. This issue has been ongoing for two weeks, and I can open links on my phone but not on my computer.

Our office manager and her boyfriend tried to fix some things on our server and messed it up. They changed the password and then quit, never showing up again. Our server is not working, and we don't know the password. We have a Windows Server 2012R2. What can we do to regain access to our server and fix the issue?

My Facebook account has been taken over by someone, and when I try to reset my password, the hacker's email shows up instead of mine. I have already tried to reverse the email change and fill out the hacked account form, but nothing has worked. What else can I do to recover my account?
