I was double billed in February and believe I paid for a full year in advance. I paid in January according to my bank statements, but I don't have statements going back further. I subscribed to Peacock directly but also have Comcast. I wanted Peacock Plus and have not been billed twice previously. Which service or company is the charge from?

I do not have access to the phone number for my 2-factor authentication. How can I log in to my Google account? I have an email address linked to it and I'm pretty sure I know my password, but I can't do the code verification because the number isn't available.

My Facebook account has been compromised and changed to a name 'Sad Sad'. I can't access my account and have tried resetting my password, but it still shows as 'Sad Sad'. What can I do to recover my original account?

I purchased a second unit and am trying to set it up. Every time I enter my email for activation, it says my activation has expired, even if it's only a minute after I did it. I've tried unplugging and plugging the device back in, but the issue persists. Why does it say I'm trying to process a payment when the setup is supposed to be free, and how can I resolve this activation issue?
